we learned what to do. we forgot who to be.

THIS IS clarity before strategy

a space for brands and founders who want definition before tactics.

brand therapy isn’t a course

it’s not a framework. it’s not another list of things you should or shouldn’t be doing.

it’s a conversation.

a space to slow down. step out of the noise, and connect (or reconnect) with what your brand actually stands for.

because tools change. platforms change. clarity doesn’t.

alignment is key

who is Ryan?

your therapist

I’m a digital marketer, going on 20 years, with a pedigree in marketing that runs deeper than my own career.

My father worked at J. Walter Thompson, one of the very first and most influential advertising agencies in history. Founded in the 19th century, JWT helped define modern advertising and became the industry’s standard-bearer long before Madison Avenue became a cultural touchstone.

Think of real-world ad legends like James Walter Thompson — a true Mad Men era pioneer — and you’ll get a sense of the foundation I grew up around.

That legacy shaped how I see the craft: people first, tactics second.

For the past 20 years I’ve put that philosophy into practice, working with global powerhouses like ABC Disney Television Group as well as boutique brands like 10 Barrel Brewing and Humm Kombucha. I’ve also started and scaled multiple businesses of my own — from real estate development to e-commerce — and the one thing that has always been the secret sauce is this: dial in the WHO before you push the WHAT.

That insight became Brand Therapy — a process that’s never failed. Not even once.

what happens in my sessions

There’s no agenda you have to prepare for.
No worksheet to download.
No framework you’ll be forced into.

We talk.

We ask better questions.
We get clear on who your brand is,
who it’s for, and what actually matters before anything else happens.

Every session is different.
Because every brand is DIFFERENT.

Clarity first. Action second. Momentum follows.

here’s your takeaway

  1. 1:1 Conversation

A focused, uninterrupted conversation designed to slow things down and get to the heart of your brand—who you are, who you’re for, and what’s been feeling unclear.

2. Your Visual Guide

You’ll receive a clear, visual snapshot of your brand foundations—positioning, audience, and core message—so you can see everything in one place and make decisions with confidence.

3. clear next steps

Actionable next steps to take to market, with zero guesswork, including what to prioritize, what to ignore, and simple performance indicators so you know what “working” actually looks like.

I’ve worked with countless brands, founders, and teams who were doing all the “right” things
but still felt disconnected.

disconnected from their work, their goals, their audience, and their purpose as a brand.

Brand Therapy exists for that moment.
When the noise gets loud,
and the next step isn’t obvious.

You don’t need more information, tools, or tactics that sound flashy (I call that shiny object syndrome)

All too often, that approach may or may not help you achieve your goals. And you’re left with the bill.

What you need is clarity.

If any of this feels familiar,
it’s time for us to talk.

Not to give you something new to try. Not to fix anything.

To walk away with a clearer sense
of your brand, your people, and your direction.
